Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, all new clients are required to pay a 50% Deposit via our SMS Pay Link at the time of booking. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we have introduced stricter booking policies to protect our team’s time and ensure appointment availability for all clients.

Please Note:

• Your 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hour’s notice and no shows will result in your deposit being forfeited.

• if you fail to attend your appointemnt or do not cancel within 24 hours despite multiple confirmation attempts, any outstanding cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment, and your booking profile will be flagged.

• Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to pay in full when booking or may have future bookings declined.

Online Bookings

Step 1: Select the relevant service category from the Category drop down list, and then select a service from the Service drop down list.

Step 2: Choose an employee from the available list of Employees.  If you do not require a specific employee, simply select either the Any, Male or Female options.

Step 3: If you are booking any Colour Packages -eg. Bleach, Highlight, Retouch Services and or Big Color Package, please ensure that you book a Cut or Blow Dry Service.

Once you’ve finished choosing all your services and employees, click Next to continue.

TRAINING MODELS

Please apply in the link below, and fill in all the required details. You will be placed in the waiting list until that specific haircut, or color is required for training purposes. We will contact you when we are in need of models.
